21 Mill Road – Net Zero new construction 2017 “Rivendell”

  • Air Source HVAC comes from an air source heat pump which is the only load greater than the electric car
  • Solar – 56 panels generate more electricity (on a yearly basis) than Rivendell consumes.
  • Batteries store energy from solar to be used after sundown.
  • Triple glazed windows.
  • Insulation: Twelve inches of open and closed cell insulation in the walls and roof.
