MARK YOUR CALENDARS… Repair Cafe Harvard is an HCIC initiative that promotes repair as an alternative to throwing things “away”.

Here’s your opportunity to get help from a volunteer coach to repair a broken item rather than discarding it.  This not only keeps these items out of our landfills, but extends the life of the item and eliminates the need to replace it with something new.  Think small electronics, appliances and furniture, clocks, clothing and more… We plan to host Repair Cafe’s periodically so please, come and help us make this a great success!

NOTE – Would you like to volunteer?  Repair Cafe Harvard is looking for local residents with various skills who can work as Repair Coaches during this event. In addition, we are also looking for people who wish to volunteer their time to help in different ways.  If you are interested in either of these roles, please email: harvardmaclimate@gmail.com.
